Bridal:
● Do you need an appointment to shop for Bridal?
○ We do require an appointment for all things wedding-related! To book an
appointment to shop for Bridal, Tuxes, Bridesmaids, or Mother’s dresses, you can
submit an appointment request form through the book an appointment link or call
us at 812-271-1200!
● What is the price range of your gowns?
○ Our wedding gowns range anywhere from $1,000-$2,500, with our average being
between $1,400-$1,700! If you have a budget under $1,000, give us a call and
ask about our next Bridal Sale!
○ Our mother’s gowns range anywhere from $150-$599!
● What are the size ranges of your gowns in store?
○ Our sample bridal gowns range from size 6 to size 32! Here at B.loved, we
believe that every bride deserves to feel beautiful when shopping for their
wedding dress. That is why we carry an array of different sample sizes and
silhouettes! Don’t fret if your dream dress is not in your exact size here in the store,
we are able to give you an idea of what you’ll look like on your big day with clips
and straps to fit the sample gown to you! All of our sample gowns are also able to
be ordered in your specific size once you find “the one.”
● How long are your appointments?
○ Bridal appointments are 90 minutes long to give you and your guests plenty of
time to shop around in our private bridal suite and for our highly trained bridal
consultant to help you find “the one.”
● What do I need to bring to my bridal appointment?
○ Bring your favorite people and an open mind!! Otherwise, you do not need to bring
much else! You are welcome to bring shapewear to your appointment if that
makes you feel more confident, but all of our bridal gowns come with built-in
padding, so there is no need to bring a fancy bra!
● When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?
○ We recommend you start shopping for your dress 8-12 months before your
wedding!
● How long does it take for my dress to come in?
○ Our specific designers can take up to 4-6 months to make a wedding dress, but
sometimes they come in quicker than that!
● How do I know what size I am?
○ Bridal gowns fit very differently than normal day-to-day clothing! We take
measurements and reference size charts for each specific designer to get the
best fit for you! However, our gowns are not custom-made for each specific bride, and therefore, alterations are still needed.
● Do you provide alterations?
○ We do not provide in-house alterations, but we do have a reference list of highly
vetted seamstresses that we are happy to provide!
● What type of payment is required for my wedding dress?
○ We require 50% down of your total to place an order for a gown. After that, we
do not require any set payments to be made, we only require that the gown is
paid in full before it leaves the store!
Bridesmaids:

○ We do require an appointment for all things wedding-related! To book an
appointment to shop for Bridal, Tuxes, Bridesmaids, or Mother’s dresses you can

○ Our bridesmaids gowns range anywhere from $150-$299!
● What are the size ranges of your gowns in store?
○ Our sample bridesmaids' gowns range from size 6 to size 24! Similarly to bridal,
we want to help your girls feel just as confident on your big day; that is why we
also carry a large range of styles, colors, and sizes to help dress your entire party!
● How long are your appointments?
○ Bridesmaids' appointments are 60 minutes long!
● When should I start shopping for my bridesmaids dresses?
○ We recommend you start shopping for your bridesmaids dresses 5-6 months in
advance!
● How long does it take for bridesmaids' dresses to come in?
○ It can take anywhere from 3-4 months for a bridesmaid dress to be made.
● How do I know what size I am?

Prom:
● Do you need an appointment for prom?
○ We do not require an appointment to shop for prom or pageant, but if you would
like to book an appointment we do offer private VIP Prom Appointments!
● What is the price range of your gowns?
○ Our full price prom dresses range anywhere from $350-$1300, with our average
being between $450-$700!
● How do I know what size I am?
○ You may vary in size from dress to dress based on many factors such as
designer, silhouette, fabric, etc. A good starting point for finding your size is to
reference your jeans size!
● Do you carry multiple sizes and colors of a particular dress?
○ We typically only carry one particular size and color in each style of dress to offer
our customers the best variety possible! If you are not able to find exactly what
you are looking for here in the store, we are happy to look into special ordering a
specific dress for you!
● Do you offer payment plans?
○ We offer an interest-free layaway with the purchase of a $15 garment bag. We require
50% down payment of your total to place your dress in layaway!
● Do you offer alterations?
○ We do not provide in-house alterations, but we do have a reference list of highly
vetted seamstresses that we are happy to provide!
● What is a VIP Prom Appointment?
○ The VIP Prom Appointment is an opportunity for up to five prom shoppers and
their families to have B.loved all to themselves for an after hours shopping
experience! You can skip the wait and work one-on-one with a B.loved stylist for
up to two hours with this exclusive appointment! To book your VIP Prom
Appointment you can call us at 812-271-1200! VIP Prom Appointments can only
be booked for weeknights & a deposit is required!
